Back in August we welcomed Gorey RFC to Kerry for some team building ????!
They were a credit to their families and their club for the manner in which they conducted themselves while down while with us. They wanted to learn and were engaged with the different speakers/ workshops and team building activities throughout the weekend????! Here are the guys at the top of the mountain with the beautiful Inch beach behind them. ????
It was a tough climb but reaching the summit was worth it when you have views like that behind us ????????! It was interesting to see how everyone encouraged each other and no teammate was left behind. They moved up the mountain as a unit!
In a way this is a metaphor for what a team, regardless of what sport, will go through in a season. Difficult times will occur but constantly moving forward as a collective unit can bring results to that group of players and their club at the end of the season! ????????????????
