On The Ball Team Building has achieved the coveted One to Watch Business All-Star Accreditation from the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

The Kerry based business that offers tailored corporate and sport-specific team building packages has joined The Register of Irish Business Excellence (TRIBE).

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as; progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.

This is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

Responding to today’s announcement, Jamie Finn, Owner of On The Ball Team Building says, “We are over the moon to achieve this Accreditation. It was an incredible experience to get first hand feedback about our business from an independent body. We feel the Accreditation will boost our credibility and we hope that with this accolade, our business will grow further, reaching new heights. We look forward to being a part of the TRIBE and learning from the other TRIBE members.”
Speaking on the Accreditation, Kieran Ring, Deputy Chair on the Adjudication Board says, “This certificate verifies that On The Ball Team Building has achieved AIBF 2021-1012 Business All-Star ‘One To Watch’ Accreditation. It is our considered opinion that under the spirited eye of Jamie Finn, On The Ball Team Building will ascend the ladder of success in Irish business. We wish to recognise the beginning of On The Ball Team Building and bestow on it our One To Watch Accreditation in anticipation of its future success. On The Ball Team Building is hereby included in the AIBF Register Of Irish Business Excellence.”

Dr Hynes said the Accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by.

We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”, she says.

On The Ball Team Building believes that having fun as a team is a key element for any corporate or sports team. This is why they provide tailored packages to ensure that people’s needs are met and that the day is not just challenging and morale lifting but also, fun and enjoyable. Therefore, your team will be encouraged to have barrels of fun while competing in a variety of challenges that unite individuals, bolster morale and create a ‘team’ mentality.

The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body which accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars. The Foundation also oversees the All-Ireland Business Summit while promoting peer dialogue amongst our members on an ongoing basis.
