Well, what a truly enjoyable couple of days put down with
the guys from Castlemagner ????????????◼️!
After coming off a difficult 2019 season the guys worked
on a number of areas that they could implement for the forthcoming season.???????? They put 100% effort and concentration into
everything they did – well done lads ????????
Prior to arriving we had an
in-depth discussion with senior players to formulate what areas would need to
be looked at for the weekend. General themes emerged from this that were
lacking during their 2019 season. Rectifying these for the upcoming season
formed the focus of their weekend!
You can see the lads having a
recovery swim last Sunday morning on Ceann Trá which marked the end of their
time with us.
